One of the main reasons I chose GHRM is its all-English learning environment. It helps broaden my global perspective, and the diverse classroom, just like a small international community, allows me to interact and learn with students from all over the world. The opportunities for exchange programs and dual degrees also played a big role in my decision to join GHRM. In addition, the program offers a wide range of elective courses. Besides core HR courses, we can also explore different subjects across the College of Management, which allows me to dive into areas I'm curious about. One course that left a strong impression was Human Resource Competency Development. It invites alumni and HR professionals to share their practical insights into HR competencies and real workplace challenges. Through these guest lectures and case study discussions, I gained a deeper understanding of how HR functions in practice.
