Ariel
/Hi, I’m Ariel, a GHRM student who graduated in 2025. When I decided to join the MBA program at NSYSU, I was drawn to its international curriculum, practical learning opportunities, and the chance to return to Kaohsiung—a city full of warmth, sunshine, and friendly people.
One of my most memorable experiences was participating in a University Social Responsibility (USR) project, where I worked as an assistant to help bachelor’s degree students create solutions for real-world challenges. The professors in our program truly encouraged us and gave many opportunities to grow.
The collaborative learning environment was truly inspiring—my classmates came from different countries, each bringing unique insights and experiences, while our professors promoted open discussion and critical thinking.
Beyond the classroom, I embraced exchange opportunities, including a semester in Germany, which broadened my worldview and strengthened my adaptability. My biggest challenge was managing group projects involving diverse cultural approaches to time and communication. Through patience, empathy, and clear communication, I learned to transform differences into strengths.
My advice to prospective students is simple: embrace every opportunity—whether it’s in class, during projects, or through cultural exchanges. The GHRM MBA is not just a degree; it’s a journey of personal growth, lifelong friendships, and developing the mindset to thrive anywhere in the world.
